The point is, that the Space Carrier produces RANDOM special goods. In the Arctic Future, this is just Promethium but in Oceanic Future Promethium OR Orichalcum. In Mars Promethium, Orichalcum or Mars Ore, and so on. So, the chance to get Mars Ore in Space Age Mars is just 1/3 per day. To summarize my results: As you will see from the table, goods from one age are required for the following two ages on the tech tree. The conventional wisdom is to only produce the highest age goods you can, and trade down for any lower age goods you need. Personally, I dislike getting hung up on tech, waiting for trades to go through.

From abuot 700/450. full GE could be done on auto with 2 hoovers + 6 rogues; last some gates kill some, others are walk in the park. GBG to ~45; 8 tanks stops you on auto (possible on manual).

I think the best moment to move is the first day of GBG, in the midst of an event. Start of GBG because it allows you to get easier fights, in the midst of an event because you should be done with the main questline anyway and will get prizes from your new age. 5.
